Visual-PLS is a Graphic-User-Interface program for Latent Variables Path Analysis with Partial Least Squares Version 1.8. It helps the researchers to prepare, edit, and do the PLS analysis more easily. VisualPLS is easy to use and runs on almost any standard PC using Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT or Windows XP operating system.
While lvpls has a great deal of functionality and is distributed for free, its ease of use can be extremely daunting to the initial user. We hope this free software will allow the researchers to focus more on their appropriateness of the research model and data set rather than on how to get the program to run, which will dramatically decrease the time and efforts needed to complete a PLS analysis. I decide to release the source code to let interested researchers understand what happened in the software and have the opportunities to change the codes for their own use.

Users can quickly depict a theoretical model in a graphical representation consistent with the PLS method of structural equation modeling with latent variable.
Significance test of path coefficients and factor loadings based on BootStrap & JackKnife procedure
Moderating Effect Support: Easy to generate product terms (Product Indicator Approach) to measure moderating effect of a continuous observed variable on a latent variable.
2nd Order Factor Model Support: Easy to create a to 2nd Order Factor Model (Formative or Reflective).
Results (such as loadings and path coefficients) can immediately be placed back into the same drawing. User can view the results in the window, or in a web/excel/text report.
It can generate lvpls compatible command file to ease the use of lvpls.
It automatically generates Composite Reliability, Average Variance Extracted, Cronbach Alpha, Factor Structure Matrix of Loadings and Cross-Loadings which will help the researcher to check the discriminant validity of the Constructs.
Support .txt , .raw or .dat (tab or space delimiter), and .csv (comma delimiter) Data file.
A Green Software (which means that you do not need to install it. All you need to do is to extract it to a directory and then enjoy it. And it never copies any garbage files (e.g., DLL, OCX...)into your system )
